In Wicklow, through its divisions National Learning Network and RehabCare, Rehab provides services for 176 people with disabilities. Rehab is a leading non-governmental organisation which works towards a world where every person has the opportunity to achieve their potential. The people who currently use Rehab services include young people and adults with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities, people with mental health difficulties, people with autism and people with an acquired brain injury. A range of essential services is also provided to older people, carers and others who are marginalised. Every year, more than 50,000 people and their families benefit from the supports provided by Rehab in over 250 locations.

In partnership with the Health Service Executive (HSE), RehabCare provides a range of high-quality services in Wicklow including three day services in Bray. The resource centre in the town offers a wide variety of person-centred programmes to 25 people with disabilities. The programmes promote community integration, independent living and access to further education and the workforce. Each programme responds to the individual needs of the people who access the service, including communications, social networking, life skills, social and leisure activities, sign language and community awareness programmes. Each individual is also supported in drawing up their own action plan which maps out their needs and interests as well as activities and goals they would like to pursue.

Also in Bray, the Lean Ar Aghaidh day service currently caters two individuals who are challenged by multiple disabilities, while the Phoenix resource centre currently caters for ten clients with a dual diagnosis.

RehabCare also provides a home support service for people over 65 in Enniskerry and Bray and a home-based respite service in the county. In conjunction with Newgrove Housing, supported housing services for people with disabilities are also provided.

National Learning Network provides training funded by FÁS and the HSE for persons out of work through accident, illness, or disability. National Learning Network operates two centres in Wicklow, one in Bray and one in Arklow. The Bray centre currently caters for 68 students and offers vocational training funded by FÁS in Information Technology, Retail Sales, Employer Based Training and Information Technology by Distance Learning. In addition the centre also offers a rehabilitative training course Access, for people with various support needs that is funded by the HSE. The Arklow centre caters for 29 students and also runs an Access course as well as a mental health rehabilitative course called Link.
