Run For 1 Day for Rehab - Get in stride!
It takes a lot of stamina, mental focus and teeth grinding determination to finish the course, whether you’re running a marathon or running a mile. If you’re going to go to all that effort, why don’t you do it for something worthwhile?
Organise your own run or take part in an organised race, such as the Flora Mini Marathon or the Dublin Marathon, to raise some money for a good cause.
How to fundraise online
We are delighted to be working with our friends at MyCharity.ie to help make your fundraising efforts as straight forward as possible. By following the simple steps below, you can set up your very own online fundraising page making it easier for your friends and family to sponsor your fundraising efforts. You can also use the Facebook interface on MyCharity.ie to promote your fundraising event to your choice of your friends on Facebook.

1. Click on the "Sign me Up" button above to go to the 1Day for Rehab page on MyCharity.ie. Click on "Create your Page" beside the event category you are fundraising in. |
2. There are three steps in the signup process. We recommend keeping your page open for two months after the event. Sign up for an account and then customise your page. |
3. Once your page has been published you need to tell your friends about it. You can send a message to all of your Facebook friends through the MyCharity interface. |
