Fast For 1 Day for Rehab - Skip the Grub!
They say that fasting one day a month is good for you, so here’s your excuse, fast for Rehab. We know you’ll miss your rashers and eggs for breakfast, not to mention the other meals you’ll be skipping, but if you love your food as much as we do then your family and friends will know that you’re serious! And you don’t even have to work up a sweat to raise some money for Rehab!
How to fundraise online
We are delighted to be working with our friends at MyCharity.ie to help make your fundraising efforts as straight forward as possible. By following the simple steps below, you can set up your very own online fundraising page making it easier for your friends and family to sponsor your fundraising efforts. You can also use the Facebook interface on MyCharity.ie to promote your fundraising event to your choice of your friends on Facebook.

1. Click on the "Sign me Up" button above to go to the 1Day for Rehab page on MyCharity.ie. Click on "Create your Page" beside the event category you are fundraising in. |
2. There are three steps in the signup process. We recommend keeping your page open for two months after the event. Sign up for an account and then customise your page. |
3. Once your page has been published you need to tell your friends about it. You can send a message to all of your Facebook friends through the MyCharity interface. |
